You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ScanAspect.
You may not point ScanAspect codes at illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or anything that infringes the rights of others. You may not use the service to harass, deceive, or harm people, or to circumvent scan limits and abuse-prevention measures. We may suspend or remove codes that violate these terms.
Payments you collect through ScanAspect are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Funds settle directly to your connected account — ScanAspect does not custody your money. You are responsible for any taxes, chargebacks, and refunds associated with your transactions. Paid plan fees, where applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work hard to keep redirects fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanAspect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
